Guri Karoline Sørbø is the Head of Professional Services at Genus. A dynamic professional, Karoline excels as a department lead, Team Lead for the Business Services domain, and Principal Business Engineer, showcasing her leadership skills and versatility.

Karoline has collaborated with numerous Genus customers, gaining extensive experience across various customer domains, application model development, and project management. Her multifaceted expertise makes her a valuable asset to the company.

She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and ICT, with a focus on Production and Management, from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Additionally, she spent a transformative year abroad at UC Santa Barbara, further enriching her academic and intercultural knowledge.
